Lisans
Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sana sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
Abonelik
Pıtır Pro otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, dönem sonunda mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir; dilediğin an App Store / Google Play ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Sanal öğeler
XP, yiyecek ve aksesuarlar oyun içi sanal öğelerdir; gerçek parasal değeri yoktur, geri ödenmez ve devredilemez.
Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Geçerli hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

License
You're granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Subscription
Pıtır Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your store account at the end of each period; you can cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Virtual items
XP, food and accessories are in-app virtual items with no real monetary value; they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
